and additional pages will be charged. Please
follow the IEEE two-column format.

The ICIME 2010 conference proceeding will proudly published by
IEEE Press, which will be included in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Ei Compendex, INSPEC and Thomson ISI
(ISTP).
Paper SubmissionProspective authors are kindly invited to
submit full text papers including results, tables,
figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be
accepted by
electronic submission system or by Email
icime@vip.163.com. All submitted articles should
report original, previously unpublished research
results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted
to the Conference should meet these criteria and must
not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference
and are subject to both review and editing.
Paper Page Limit
Regular Papers: 5 pages, including all figures, tables,
and references.
PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES:
Regular Papers: Extra pages may be purchased at
$70 (US dollars) per extra page.
